MONTONGO, Ark. (AP) - A Drew County man wanted in the shooting death of his brother has surrendered to authorities.
Authorities say 24-year-old Duane Gonder called Sheriff Mark Gober Wednesday and told him he was at a home off U.S. 425 just inside the Lincoln County line.
Gober says Gonder was arrested on a capital murder warrant about 7:30 p.m. and is now in the Drew County Detention Facility without bond.
Gonder is accused of killing 28-year-old Marcus Gonder at Marcus Gonder's home near Montongo.
Investigators say the shooting was the result of a dispute between the brothers over a female friend.
