A police chase that started in Mississippi crossed state lines and ended in a crash early Monday morning.
Investigators said a car traveling north on Interstate 55 near Goodman Road was clocked at speeds greater than 90 miles per hour Monday morning.
Southaven police chased the car for several miles before it crashed on Windsor Road in Memphis, hitting a pole.
When officers approached the vehicle in an attempt to learn why its driver fled, they found a stolen motorcycle in the back seat.
One of the car's two occupants was transported to The MED in critical condition after the crash.
