MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - An 18-year-old Raleigh-Egypt student in Memphis has been fatally shot as he walked home from school.
Police said he was wounded several times Wednesday afternoon and died at the Regional Medical Center.
According to WMC-TV, officers described it as an "ambush" in retaliation for a fight at the school.
His identity was not immediately released. No one was arrested.
