LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Former president Bill Clinton plans to help the University of Arkansas at Little Rock celebrate the 10th anniversary of its engineering and information technology program.
Clinton is scheduled to give the keynote speech Thursday evening at a gala in the Jack Stephens Center on the UALR campus.
The event marks 10 years since the beginning of UALR's Donaghey College of Engineering and Information Technology.
