NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A field training officer with the Nashville police was dragged by a vehicle during a traffic stop and police are still looking for the suspect.

According to police, officers pulled over 43-year-old Jeffrey Lee Story on Wednesday evening and found out that he had warrants for his arrest.

WTVF-TV in Nashville reported that officer Carlos Anderson went to arrest Story, but became caught when Story drove off and was dragged about 30 feet.

Anderson was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Police found the truck Story was driving and believe he may have taken another vehicle.
