
MEMPHIS, TN (WMC-TV) - A plea agreement has been reached in the case of Heather Ellis.
Ellis pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and disturbing the peace at a Walmart in Kennett, Missouri.
In return, prosecutors will drop the two counts of assault against her.
Ellis will serve one year of unsupervised probation, is required to take anger management classes, and will serve four days in the Dunklin County jail at a time within the next year that's convenient for her.
