LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Tuesday is World AIDS Day, and the date will be marked in different ways at a couple of sites in Arkansas.
At Little Rock, the Clinton Presidential Center will display 110 panels of the AIDS Memorial Quilt.
At Jonesboro, the Department of Social Work at Arkansas State University plans a conference on the campus, with the theme of "HIV Complacency: A Deadly Risk Factor."
