MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) – Saggy pants got a man booted off of Beale Street Sunday morning, but arguing with officers landed him in jail, according to court records.

Officers say they spotted John Anderson standing outside of Club 152 and told him to leave the entertainment district because his pants were so low that his buttocks were showing.

However, according to a court affidavit, Anderson refused to leave and began screaming before being taken to Second and Beale by officers.

Once there, Anderson reportedly stood in traffic and loudly cursed at the officers, complaining that he shouldn't have been kicked off Beale Street.

Anderson was eventually charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing traffic and indecent exposure.
