MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - A pardoned Mississippi murderer is looking for work, and he is listing the former governor as a reference.

Joseph Ozment's resume, complete with a photo of him at the top, lists his address in Olive Branch.

Action News 5 went to the address Friday, but no one answered the door.  A neighbor who asked to remain anonymous said two women live in the house.

Ozment said he is creative and has computer skills.  He lists seven universities he has attended, including Ole Miss and Christian Brothers University.  The resume says he made the dean's list at the University of Indiana and Honor Graduate at Penn Foster University.

The resume says Ozment took courses in computer sciences and Biblical studies.

Ozment's jobs are listed as Librarian assistant at the Marshall County Correctional Facility, where he assisted the education director in structuring classes.  He worked as a recreation orderly at the Mississippi State Prison at Parchmank, listing his duties as organizing game schedules for the recreation department.

Nowhere on Ozment's resume does it say that he spent 20 years in jail.

The first reference on Ozment's resume is listed as Mississippi Governor Haley and First Lady Marsha Barbour.  Action News 5 called the number, which had a recording from Marsha Barbour.

Action News 5 also called the eight other references Ozment listed and left messages.

Ozment is one of close to 200 inmates former Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour pardoned earlier this year.
