Are you the next 'Voice'? Your chance to audition comes to Memphis

Posted: Updated:
MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - NBC's hit reality show The Voice is coming to Memphis. The Bluff City will host auditions on Saturday Jul. 7, and Sunday Jul. 8.

Thousands are expected to turnout for the vocal tryouts and all believe they have what it takes to be the next big thing.

The singing competition features Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green, and Christina Aguilera as coaches who are looking for the most talented vocalists from around the country.

In order to try out, contestants must be at least 15 years old and must sing a capella. That means no background tracks and no instruments. All the judges want to hear is your voice.

Those who get a call back could eventually make it to the blind auditions battle in Los Angeles.

So do you have what it takes?

Find out on July 7 and July 8 at the Memphis Cook Convention Center.
