(WMC-TV) - "Whatever you needed he was there for... it didn't matter what it was if you needed something he was there for you and she was the same way," said family friend Brady Carter.

A passionate of description Bobby and Anette Whitlow, a church pastor and his wife found stabbed to death in their Little Rock home Saturday.

Carter went to pay a friendly visit, and discovered one of the bodies.

"And that's something I don't want to keep on my mind the Lord's going to help me take care of that, but yea I found her," Carter stated.

An unimaginable picture.  Police believe the Whitlow's son is responsible.

The congregation of less than a dozen people weren't sure whether they should continue with Sunday service.

"They would want us here," said Carter.  "That's why I'm here, They would want us here."

So they're praying together, reading aloud from a bible to keep Bobby and Anette Whitlow close to their hearts.

Half-way through the service, a woman enters and sits quietly.  Rose Harshaw, the younger sister of Anette Whitlow, needed to meet the man who found her sister.

"I can tell you that she was a loving sister," Harshaw said.

Harshaw says when she needed a place to stay with her infant, her sister and brother in law opened their doors.

"She was the type of lady that always wanted to do something for somebody always wanted to be a help to someone. And I grew up looking up to her," Harshaw stated.
