MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - Another Memphis man was shot while attempting to flee from a "street robber."

Memphis police say the victim was walking home from work a little after 11 Wednesday night on Faronia.

A man came up behind him and told him to "drop everything."

When the victim saw he had a gun, the victim ran. And as he was running away, the robber shot him in the buttocks.

The wounded man is going to be okay, but unfortunately the shooter got away.

If you have any information that could help get the shooter behind bars, please contact the authorities.
