(WMC-TV) – The Tennessee Election commission could take serious and substantial action against the Shelby County Election Commission after a review of the August 2 election.
That could include ousting Shelby County election commissioners. A performance audit of the county general election issues could start this week.
Those issues included thousands of incorrect ballots used during early voting.
We have not been able to reach Shelby County election commission leaders for comment.
