MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - Samer Sakaan, the teen who pled guilty to driving drunk and killing a Cordova father, will find out his fate today. The 19-year-old is set to be sentenced in just a few hours.

In August, he agreed to a three year deal which could keep him from spending several years in prison.

Sakaan was arrested in May of 2011 when he hit and killed 36-year-old William Marshall on Walnut Bend Road in Cordova.
