Men found with pot in tow truck, set to appear in court

MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - They were caught after getting high in a tow truck together, and today, they are hauling their behinds to court.

Floyd Burks, 31, and Marcus Webb, 40, have been charged with possession of marijuana.

This charges stem from a traffic stop at Overton Crossing and James. The officer smelled a strong odor of pot coming from inside the truck, and then ordered the men to step out of the vehicle.

The officer then found 2.5 pounds of marijuana stashed inside. Both Burks and Webb remain in jail this morning.
