(WMC-TV) - Tonight on Action News 5 at 10, Damien Echols like you have never seen him before. In his first sit-down interview with Action News 5's Janice Broach, he reveals plans for a surprising new future in his new home - Salem, Massachusetts.

He is now living in the home of the Salem witch trials, and it is a comparison he has used before - after jurors convicted him of murdering three little boys in West Memphis. And now as a free man, Echols is on a mission to clear his name.

It is an interview that has been 18 years in the making. Echols will speak about his new book, his newfound freedom, and new evidence in the case.
