After taking a 23-6 lead in the third quarter, Ole Miss fell just short of clinching bowl eligibility, losing to Vanderbilt 27-26.

Jordan Rodgers hit Chris Boyd for a 26-yard touchdown pass with 52 seconds left in the game to rally the Commodores to the win.

Vanderbilt is now bowl eligible for the second straight season for the first time in school history.

Ole Miss must beat either LSU or Mississippi State in it's final two games to become bowl eligible for the first time since 2009.
