BLYTHEVILLE, AR -

(WMC-TV) – Pam Hicks, the mother of one of the three boys killed in West Memphis in 1993, has been arrested.

Hicks, who is also known as Pam Hobbs, was arrested at her home in Blytheville, Arkansas, and is charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and trespassing at the business next door.

According to an incident report, she is banned from the store but showed up twice anyway. The first time she was trying to see who was inside and gave the middle finger to the people who were there. The second time, deputies say she was driving up and down the driveways and squealing her tires.

Hicks is the mother of Stevie Branch, one of the three murder victims in the infamous West Memphis Three murder case.

Recently, Hicks has been fighting for access to her son's property and other evidence in the case. So far, she has been unsuccessful, but she vows to keep trying.

Though now she has another legal battle on her hands.

Hicks was released from jail and did not have to post bond. She is due back in court January 17.

Action News 5's attempts to contact Pam Hicks were unsuccessful.
