MEMPHIS, TN -
(WMC-TV) – Two teenagers, ages 13 and 16, are facing charges for distributing a photo of a child performing a sexual act on an adult.
The photo circulated the Internet, and was e-mailed to several Memphis news outlets earlier this month, including WMC-TV.
As soon as Action News 5 received the photo, we contacted police and assisted in the investigation.
Local talk show host Thaddeus Matthews admits he posted the photo to his Facebook page. He claims he was trying to help police identify the victim in the picture. Matthews is charged with aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
