Four New Programs and More International Locations Added

IHRDC, a leader in training and development for the international petroleum industry, today announced its Instructional Program schedule for 2013. These programs, held in the spring and fall in Boston and around the world at other times of the year, are designed specifically for oil and gas professionals. They provide a unique learning experience by combining interactive lectures with challenging “petroleum business games,” which allow participants to apply what they learned during the lecture by making real-life strategic, commercial, and technical decisions for simulated international oil and gas projects.

IHRDC is offering three new programs in Boston in 2013: Development of Unconventional Gas and Gas Liquids Projects; Management of International Petroleum Projects: Concept to Start-up; and Optimizing Gas Processing, Refining, and Petrochemical Facilities. In addition it has added two new programs to its international offerings: Oil and Gas Mergers and Acquisitions in Bali, Indonesia and Optimizing Gas Processing, Refining, and Petrochemical Facilities in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as well as offering a suite of programs in three new locations: Delhi, India, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Cape Town, South Africa.

As always, IHRDC will offer its renowned foundation programs in oil and gas business in Boston, including the 23rd Annual International Petroleum Management Certificate Program, and the 20th Annual International Gas Business Management Certificate Program, as well as programs covering topics such as human resources, finance, leadership, petrochemicals, and petroleum law. Many of these programs are also offered on a private, in-house basis.
