MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) – This morning we have developing details about a Mississippi Hate Crime case that has made national headlines. Two more men have pleaded guilty in the murder of James Craig Anderson.

He was the African American man run over by a truck in June of 2011.

The whole incident was caught on surveillance video.

In all, five white men pleaded guilty to federal hate crime charges.

And now, Anderson's family says they plan to keep pushing for justice.

"And we know that it's not over until the lord says it's over and as you can see it's not over. we are still seeking justice for my beloved brother James Craig Anderson." said Barbara Anderson.

All five men have been set for sentencing, but those dates have not been released.
