MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) – The state of Tennessee is set to collect $1.1 million in a multistate agreement with drug maker Pfizer. And Arkansas will receive $945,000 in the settlement.

A total of 32 states claim Pfizer used unfair and deceptive practices in promoting its products Zyvox and Lyrica.

Under the $42.9 million agreement, Pfizer does not admit wrongdoing, but says it will change how it markets those products.
