Memphis Police responded to a call of shots fired in the 2700 block of Flora around early Saturday morning.

Police said Cordney Perry and a man known as "Li Third" fired several shots into the back of Cierra Duke's parked car.

When the lieutenant later spotted the getaway car on Ketchum, police say Perry and "Li Third" bailed out of the Mustang and started running.

Officers caught up with Perry who confessed and is due in court Wednesday.

The female victim is in good condition at the MED with wounds to her back and head.
