YOUR TURN: Community supports Club Crave closure

Posted: Updated:
MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - This week's "Your Turn" segment comes from the Action News 5 Facebook page where people are commenting about local leaders closing Club Crave after yet another shooting death. Some people are skeptical that the club will be closed for good.

We chose this comment from Jamisha Clinkscales. In her words:

"The city still gives people permits to open this club time after time. I've lived in Memphis for 11 years and have seen this place constantly get shut down and reopened under different names, with the promise each time of things being "different," yet they still remain the same. So, I ask who is really to blame, the club owners, the patrons, or the city for continuing to allow it."

That's Jamisha Clinkscales' turn. Now it's your turn. To comment on this segment or anything else, email yourturn@wmctv.com or call 800-465-1210.
