Tigers Win 6th Straight - Action News 5 - Memphis, Tennessee

The Memphis UAB series is coming to a close, thanks to the realignment in college sports.

As they play in their final season in CUSA, the Tigers went looking to put a fork in the UAB Blazers, whom they've beaten six straight times in Birmingham.

They did just that, as Adonis Thomas netted 19 points and Tarik Black had his first double-double of the season as the Tigers knocked off the Blazers 69-53 Saturday night.

Black had 10 points and 13 rebounds, and Joe Jackson added 17 points and five assists for the Tigers who improve to 12-3 overall, 2-0 in CUSA.
