MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - Two teens have been shot near Westwood Community Center around 2:25 p.m. Friday afternoon.

Memphis police said one of the victims is a 15-year-old Westwood High Student. He has been transported in critical condition.

A second victim was located at Methodist South with a gunshot wound. He is reportedly 17-years-old and has been airlifted to the MED in critical condition.

Police initially responded to the scene because of reports of a gang fight at the high school. They found nothing and then received a call about a shooting at the nearby community center.

This did not occur on the Westwood High School campus.

The community center is located at 4480 Westmont.

No suspect is in custody at this time.
