Tigers Hold Off Marshall

  The Memphis Tigers had to be licking their chops at the prospect of facing a Marshall team coming off a 56-point loss at Southern Miss earlier this week.

  The Tigers have won 7-straight at FedExForum against the Herd.

  But it wasn't easy this go round...the Tigers, led by Joe Jackson, who had 16 points, his 15th straight game scoring in double digits, hang on for the tough fought win over Marshall, 73-72.

 Deandre Kane led the way for Marshall with 22 points.

 The Tigers get their 10th straight win, and 8th overall at home against Marshall.

  Next up, the Tigers travel to East Carolina Wednesday to face the Pirates.
