After a dismal start in the first quarter, the Memphis Grizzlies rallied from 17-down to beat the Sixers in Philadelphia, 103-100 Monday.
Marc Gasol scored a season-high 27 points and Rudy Gay had 26 to lead Memphis in the win.
The Grizzlies also got a season high 21 from Jerryd Bayless, who got the start in place of Mike Conley, who sat out with a sprained left ankle.
Gay hit what would be the winning bucket with just 13.3 left in the game, giving the Grizzlies a 101-100 lead.
Gasol blocked a Nick Young three at the buzzer to save the win.
Evan Turner scored a season-high 27 points, Thaddeus Young had 23, and Jrue Holiday added 18 points and 10 assists for the Sixers.
Memphis travels to Oklahoma City Thursday for a nationally televised game against the Thunder.
Tip off set for 7 o'clock on TNT.
