MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - Memphis police arrested Phillip Lipsey in connection with the shooting of two teens at a community center.

Lipsey, who also goes by the nickname "Nu Nu," will face a judge Tuesday morning on aggravated assault charges. His bond is set at $350,000.

Police say he shot the two teens near the Westwood Community Center Friday afternoon.

One of the victims is a 15-year-old Westwood High student. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The second victim was located at Methodist South with a gunshot wound. He is reportedly 17 years old and was airlifted to the MED in critical condition.

Police initially responded to the scene because of reports of a gang fight at the high school. They found nothing and then received a call about a shooting at the nearby community center.

This did not occur on the Westwood High School campus.

The community center is located at 4480 Westmont.
