MEMPHIS, TN -
(WMC-TV) – The woman known as "Foxy Jacky" will answer to a judge Monday morning. But this time, she's not in the hot seat because of her public porn antics.
Jacqueline McKee was arrested Sunday after an altercation with her husband, Justin McKee. According to police, the 29-year-old adult film star has been charged with domestic assault-bodily harm.
Police say they were called out to the house because of a verbal and physical altercation between the couple.
According to the affidavit, McKee's husband says he confronted her about texting during an argument. He says her phone ended up being pushed into his face. Things escalated from there, and he claims he was kicked in the ear and temple.
Jacky was determined to be the primary aggressor, and she was arrested.
