Acting on a viewer tip, Action News 5's Chief Consumer Investigator Andy Wise and Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center's child safety expert inspected children's products at two locations of a bargain store chain.
What they found should not have been on the shelves -- even by the stores' management's own admission.
