HENDERSONVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

An 18-year-old was arrested in Hendersonville on Saturday night after shots were fired at the Pheasant Run Apartments on New Shackle Island Road, according to police.

Investigators said Daniel Irizarry, 18, an occupant of one of the apartments, had become involved in an argument with a man over the phone.

Police said when man arrived in the apartment parking lot and started to exit his car, Irizarry fired a rifle at him.

Officers said no one was injured.

Irizarry was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.

He was scheduled to appear in court March 27 to face the charges.
