NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Mayor Karl Dean and the Tennessee Titans announced plans Monday for the second annual Mayor's Field Day.

The free event is set for May 4 starting at 9 a.m. at LP Field, where participants can enjoy events such as a football toss, tire roll and relay races.

The best part is they will be playing down on the field, and the big stadium video boards will be on so they can see themselves on the big screen.

Metropolitan Transit Authority will offer free bus rides on all routes May 4 for those participating in the Mayor's Field Day who inform their bus driver they are a field day participant.

Last year's field day drew about 3,300 people.

Kids ages 5 and up can participate and so can parents. For more information and how to register, visit: http://www.mayorsfieldday.com.
