Judge says 'no' to WM3 parents' request for evidence

Posted: Updated:
MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - An Arkansas judge dismissed the cases of two West Memphis Three victims' parents, who have been asking to see evidence from the trials.

The judge said Tuesday that he will stand by his earlier ruling that they do not have a right to see the evidence.

Last week, those parents asked again to see evidence in the case.

During that hearing, attorneys presented possible new suspects in the case.

Action News 5's Janice Broach was in the courtroom Tuesday.  She will have more information as it becomes available.
