MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - The daughter of fallen Memphis police officer Martoiya Lang is caught on tape calling 911.

The recordings became a part of the court case when an Internet TV host announced plans to air them.

There are two 911 calls. One recording involves a 911 hangup New Year's night by Martoiya Lang's 12-year-old daughter.

During the two-minute 13-second call, you can hear a child crying in the background when Lang's estranged husband, Darius, answers the dispatcher.

"If y'all want to, y'all can send a squad car out here, but my daughter – she, she is disrespecting me, cursing me out , jerking away from me, jerking away. Well, you know, cursing in front of me," said Darius on the recordings.

The call became part of court proceedings, after Internet TV host Thaddeus Matthews announced on Facebook he had the 911 recordings.

He was subpoenaed, after he said he would air them.

As of Wednesday, the custody trial of fallen Memphis Police Officer Martoiya Lang hit its third day in court. At the center of the case is a more than $300,000 trust fund for the four girls Lang left behind.

Lang's mother and estranged husband are fighting one another in court.
