The NFL Draft wrapped up this weekend, with several mid-south athletes getting a chance to play at the next level.
The Memphis Tigers didn't have any players drafted, but a few guys did sign free agent deals.
Offensive lineman Jordan Devey signs a free-agent deal with the Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens.
A 2-year starter, Devey was named to the All-CUSA Second Team as a senior.
Linebacker Akeem Davis signs with the Seahawks.
Davis recorded 162 total career tackles and had 13 tackles for loss.
He also had three interceptions, five forced fumbles and seven fumble recoveries during his career.
Receiver Marcus Rucker will try his skills with the Chicago Bears.
Rucker played in 44 career games, making 26 starts as a Tiger.
During his four-year career, he made 126 receptions for 1,665 yards and 14 touchdowns.
And finally DB Robert Steeples signs with his hometown ST. Louis Rams.
During his senior year at Memphis, he tallied 42 total tackles, and had 47 career solo hits and 14 pass break ups.
