(WMC-TV) - The endangered child alert issued by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for 5-month-old Ronald Flanigan is canceled. Flanigan was found safely in Memphis.

The missing baby was found around 4:30 p.m. at the Department of Child Services on South Third Street. A security guard said a 23-year-old woman brought the child into the building.

Investigators have not released details about who brought the child to DCS.

Memphis police said the parents, Ronald Collins, Jr. and Amanda Collins, have not been located. The TBI earlier reported had the child was with the parents. They are not supposed to have custody of him.

The TBI said the father was possibly armed and dangerous. They have been on the run since Monday.

The courts have ordered Collins, Jr. to stay away from Amanda and their son. According to the TBI, they left Cookeville, Tennessee at some point on Monday. Cookeville is a little more than four hours east of Memphis.
