MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - The San Antonio Spurs used overtime for the second straight game to edge the Grizzlies 104-93, to take a commanding 3-0 lead in the Western Conference Finals.

Memphis led by as many as 17 in the first half, but the Spurs chipped away, pulling within 4 at the half, and taking their first lead in the fourth.

The teams were knotted up at 86 at the end of regulation, and San Antonio took control in OT, outscoring Memphis 18-7 in extra time.

Tony Parker led the way for the Spurs with 26 points, and Tim Duncan had 24 points and 10 rebounds in the win.

Mike Conley led the Grizzlies with 20 points, and Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol each had double-doubles in the Memphis loss.

The Grizzlies now have a monumental task in front of them. No team has ever rallied from an 0-3 deficit to win a best of 7 series.

Game 4 is Monday at FedExForum.
