NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Metro police are investigating a series of thefts from units at the Hotel Indigo.

Last weekend, a broken water line caused damage to the top floors of the building on Union Street.

Serv Pro of Belle Meade and West Nashville was hired to do the cleanup.

Afterward, a few residents of the condo units reported missing electronics, jewelry and cash.

Channel 4 News spoke with company owner Rob Dixon, who said Serv Pro determined some of its temporary employees were allegedly responsible.

According to Dixon, Metro police have arrested one man and are questioning at least two others.

The management at the hotel also said they are cooperating with authorities.
