(WMC-TV) - Police accuse a Rivercrest Elementary School teacher, Christy Street, of being in a drug ring.

Investigators found 21 guns and nearly a pound of marijuana in her townhouse on 4049 Graham Oaks Court.

Authorities detained Jeremy Street, Christy, and Wesley Spring as they were exiting the residence while investigators were executing a search warrant Thursday.

All three are connected to a house on 4353 Estridge Drive. At that home, detectives found four live marijuana plants, several cases of ammunition, surveillance cameras, and an entire active marijuana grow operation.

The three suspects were arrested and transported to the organized crime unit where Jeremy and Spring gave admissions of guilt. Christy refused to give a statement.

All evidence was tested at the Memphis Police Department. Police seized Jeremy's vehicle for being used to transport marijuana. Also, detectives seized $440 from a book safe after Spring admitted the money was proceeds from the sale of marijuana.

Christy has been employed with Shelby County Schools since 2007. She will be placed on administrative leave while this matter is investigated.

She is charged with possession of a firearm and marijuana with intent to sell. She posted $20,000 bond Friday afternoon.
