(WMC-TV) - One man was charged with criminal attempt in first-degree murder in the robbery of a Memphis pizza delivery driver on the job. Zaccheus Scott shared information with investigators about two other suspects involved in the robbery.

In early June, police said victim Corey Levy delivered a pizza order to 3158 Cypress Lake and was walking back to his car when he was approached by three men.

Suspects took Levy's cash. Then Levy was shot in the abdomen area.

Authorities investigating the case learned one of the suspects, Zaccheus Scott, was already in custody at 201 Poplar for an unrelated case. Scott told authorities he was with DeMarcus Jones and a man known as "Quinn" the night of the robbing

Scott said Jones pointed a handgun at Levy and told him to drop everything he had. Quinn placed a BB gun against Levy's head after he complied.

Once Quinn gathered the money and keys to the car he shot Levy.

It is unclear if the other two suspects were arrested or not.
