PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Country star Dierks Bentley announced to his fans he's coming home to Arizona to headline the Country 107.9 Country Cares Concert in Prescott.

All proceeds of the concert will benefit the Granite Mountain Hotshots' families.

The tickets went on sale on Friday and quickly sold out. Organizers say more than 6,000 tickets were sold for the concert at Tim's Toyota Center in Prescott Valley on July 22.

After selling out Friday morning, special guests The Band Perry, Randy Houser and David Nail joined on to help raise money.

According to the New KMLE Country 107.9, the money raised at the concert will go to the United Phoenix Firefighters, who will then send those funds directly to the 19 families of those firefighters killed in Yarnell.

Bentley, 37, recorded a YouTube video announcing his decision to return home, and help raise money in Prescott.

"I want to let you guys know that we're headed to Prescott, AZ, to play a show to honor those 19 fallen firefighters that died fighting the Yarnell fire out there in Arizona," Bentley told his fans via YouTube.

Bentley and his wife, Cassidy, are expecting their third child this fall. He learned that 51 children lost fathers in the Yarnell Hill Fire, and the Phoenix native says he wanted to help.

"I was and still am devastated by this tragic event in my home state," Bentley said via his website. "I certainly can't imagine what these families are enduring, but I do believe in the healing power of music and hope as many Arizonans as possible can come out, and be part of this event."
