MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - A 58-year-old man is under arrest after a woman called police to report him for exposing himself in public.

The woman told police she saw the man exposing himself as he walked in the area of Neshoba Road and Brookside Drive. When officers arrived on the scene, they say John Francis Smolko, who lives in the neighborhood, was still exposed.

Smolko is also the suspect in a similar complaint that was filed Sunday in the same area.
