You may not be able to find Joey Dorsey on an NBA roster these days, but one place you can most definitely find him is on a list of all time fan favorite Memphis Tigers.
Dorsey is back in the Bluff City this week hosting a youth basketball camp at Victory University among other locations across the city.
The 2008 2nd round NBA draft pick last played in the Association in 2011 with the Toronto Raptors.
Dorsey, though, recently signed a two year deal with FC Barcelona in Spain.
The 6'8" big man says he loves it overseas, but if the opportunity presents itself he could see himself back in the NBA.
"I met with the coach, the GM, some of the players, [former Grizzly Juan Carlos] Navarro. It was amazing man. It's a little bit like Miami, the beach, the weather and everything like that, and I have an NBA out [clause] my second year so if things change and I want to come back to the NBA, I may do it," said Dorsey.
Since last playing with the Raptors, Dorsey has played overseas in the top leagues in Turkey as well as Greece.
