MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - One man is facing several charges after crashing into three police officers.

According to the Memphis Police Department, Antonio Taylor, 29, smashed into three police officers on Interstate Highway 240 near Walnut Grove Road around 3 a.m. Sunday. Taylor's car eventually came to a stop when it hit a fourth car.

After the incident, officers stated Taylor bolted and tried to run away from police. He did not get far.

A police affidavit shows another person was in the car with Taylor, but he or she escaped.

Taylor is now being accused of reckless driving, driving under the influence, and possession of marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in court early Monday morning.
