SOUTH EUCLID, OH (WOIO) -

On Friday, September 27, South Euclid Police with the assistance of South Euclid's Animal Warden and three County Animal Wardens removed two dogs from a commercial garage on S. Green Road where they were abandoned.

The dogs had been living in inhumane conditions for an unknown period of time.

The owner of the animals is being charged with animal neglect and animal cruelty.

Authorities are considering additional charges.
