MEMPHIS, Tenn., Sept. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MAA (NYSE: MAA) today announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly common dividend of $0.695 per share payable on October 31, 2013 to shareholders of record on October 15, 2013.
As established in prior quarters, the company is declaring its quarterly common dividend in advance of its earnings announcement, which it expects to make on November 6, 2013.
