Mid-South church to host job fair

RALEIGH, TN -

(WMC-TV) - Get ready Mid-South job seekers, this career fair could be for you.

Over 30 prospective employers will be in one place Tuesday.

Employers are ready to take applications, interview applicants, and could hire employees on the site.

The Raleigh United Methodist Church is expecting over 2,000 job seekers for Tuesday's job fair.

Tennessee Representative Antonio Parkinson made clear employers are looking for employees who can sell themselves.

"One thing we want to make sure everyone understands is come prepared. Bring a winning attitude," declared Parkinson.

The fair is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. and end at 1 p.m. The church is located at 3295 Powers.
