MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - A gas station, which was forced to close its doors, is getting another chance.

The Knight Arnold Food and Fuel station is being given another opportunity after a controversial closing.

Wednesday, the owner of the fuel station appeared in court. The judge determined the station can reopen as long as the owner follows set agreements. One of the mandatory stipulations requires surveillance cameras to be on the site.

The gas station was previously deemed a public nuisance after undercover officers were able to buy marijuana on several occasions.

Neighbors maintain they will stay vigilant to make sure the store adheres to the new rules.
