NASHVILLE, TN -

(CNN) - A disturbing case of privacy invasion helps arrest a federal air marshal.

According to investigators, Adam Bartsch, 28, was on-duty aboard a Southwest Airlines flight in the Nashville International Airport when a witness spotted him taking pictures beneath women's dresses with his cell phone.

Rey Collazo saw it all.

"His left hand was holding his phone and it was in the aisle," described Collazo.

Collazo was shocked at what happened next.

"Next thing I know, a lady walked by and the phone went to the aisle (and he went) click, click, click," he continued.

Collazo grabbed his phone and told a flight attendant.

A police report stated Bartsch later admitted to taking 10 to 12 inappropriate pictures.

He has been charged with disorderly conduct and is in jail on a $10,000 bond.

The Transportation Security Administration said they are in the process of suspending or firing him.

It is not yet known whether Bartsch will be suspended or fired.
